MEN Mikro Elektronik was founded in 1982 in Nuremberg, Germany and has established its position as a leading supplier of reliable computer systems for real-time industrial and embedded applications in extreme environmental conditions. MEN's standard VMEbus and CompactPCI boards and systems, as well as our many customized solutions, are used in mechanical engineering, the automotive industry, transportation, aerospace and the military for test and measurement, control and simulation applications. Our two flexible I/O alternatives involving the use of mezzanine cards, PC·MIP and M-Modules, have succeeded in applications across the globe and they are both recognized as ANSI standards.
MEN's headquarters in Nuremberg has research and development groups for hardware and software, board and system production, test and repair, an industrial qualification group, centralized customer support and administration. We have more than 100 employees in our headquarters facility, and our subsidiaries in the U.K., France and the USA.
