Ballot Review and Next Ballot
Note that additional changes were made in these drafts to incorporate revisions made in ANSI's Essential Requirements released in January 2004.
Please review the ballot comments, responses, and the revised drafts. If you have further comments, please email them to me by March 8, 2004. I will review these comments at the March 24-25, 2004 VSO meeting in Orlando, Florida and a vote on the revised drafts will be held.
A 2/3 majority of ballots cast at the meeting is required for approval of these documents. Abstentions are not counted.
The approved documents will then be submitted to ANSI for their review.

A 30 day ballot of VITA's VSO Policies and Procedures and VITA's ANSI Process ended on Friday, January 9, 2004. The results were reviewed at the January 2004 VSO meeting.
