The VSO meets every two months to discuss, plan, and develop standards to support its members' interests. Observers are welcome. A meeting registration fee of $160 is charged for all in-person attendees when held at a member company facility, and $230 for all in-person attendees when held at a hotel conference center. Non-members are welcome to attend (in-person or remotely) but a special registration code is required. Please email VITA with a request to attend with some details on your areas of interest.
We are happy to announce that Leonardo DRS has stepped up to host our September 2026 VSO F2F meeting at their facility in Frederick, MD. We also have a greatly reduced hotel room block less than a mile from the DRS facility. See details below.
We have a maximum in-person attendance of 38 members so please register early! To assist with DRS security vetting, the in-person attendees registrations will be cut off on September 7, 2026. Virtual Attendees registrations will still be allowed after that date. Attendance by both US Citizens and Non-US persons is welcome.
