Embedded Tech Trends 2021, the business and technology forum for the embedded open architecture computer industry, is open for registration. Due to pandemic travel restrictions, we will be conducting an abbreviated version online only.
The theme for 2021 is "Community of Open Standards, Sharing the Vision." Executives of the standards organizations VITA, SOSA, PICMG, and SGET will gather online for Embedded Tech Trends 2021. They will be discussing current activities, trends, and plans. We are planning an interactive event for the media to ask questions of the panelists live during the event.
We are not offerings sponsorships for Embedded Tech Trends 2021 since we are trying a new format (temporarily I hope!) for 2021. Our primary goal this year is to get industry media in touch with industry players to start working on plans for 2021.
A preliminary agenda is posted at Embedded Tech Trends.
Attendance is open to the public but activities will be structured for the target audience. The event will be recorded for later playback.
Target Audience: The primary audiences for this years event are:
1) Media members. They want material and ideas that they can use for their editorial.
2) Marketing and public relations. With the reduced in-person event calendar looming for 2021, this is a good opportunity to get connected to key industry media to set up future meetings to discuss potential contributed content and media plans for 2021. We will not be setting up meetings but will post information important to enabling communications between media and industry.
We have created a media portal for media kits, writing guidelines, and special editor requests. In addition, a portal for submitting news and product announcements in conjunction with Embedded Tech Trends 2021 is available.
