The VSO meets every two months to discuss, plan, and develop standards to support its members' interests. Observers are welcome. A meeting registration fee of $160 per person is charged for all in-person attendees. VITA had held the fee to attend F2F meetings in person at $120 for over two decades. The increase in meeting space and catering charges has necessitated that we increase the attendance fee in order to just cover our expenses.
We have negotiated a discounted nightly room rate at the Residence Inn (all suites) in downtown Portsmouth within a very short walking distance of all shops and dining and is connected directly to the meeting venue. Please utilize the "VITA" room block code when reserving your room to ensure VITA does not end up paying for unused rooms from the block. Portsmouth NH is just over a 1 hour drive from Boston's Logan airport.
