Teledyne Storm Microwave, we manufacture our flexible and semi-rigid coax cable in-house leveraging the highest quality, state-of-the-art equipment, and processes. Flexible cable assemblies through 50 GHz are engineered and stringently tested to meet the most demanding requirements for Low Loss, Phase Stability, Durability, and Miniaturization. Supporting frequencies from DC to 110 GHz leveraging cable diameter ranging from .034 through .420. Teledyne Storm Microwave provides multi-channel connector solutions in our Mini-Multimate, and VITA configurations as well as custom mixed technology harness solutions utilizing MIL-DTL-38999 and other connector options.
We also offer phase and amplitude matching, armoring/ruggedizing, and custom cable routing. A dedicated quick-turn prototype team is equipped to produce both connector and cable assemblies in short time frames to meet tight schedules.
