The VSO meets every two months to discuss, plan, and develop standards to support its members' interests. Observers are welcome. A meeting registration fee of $120 is charged for all in-person attendees. VITA member company W. L. Gore has offered us the use of their outstanding Capabilities Center in Delaware for this meeting! Attendees will be asked to fill out a health screening questionnaire, as well as a VIP agreement (similar to a limited NDA). All attendees, both in-person and via WebEx must register. Please note that due to current group size limitations at the facility, we will be limiting in-person attendance to the first 40 registrants (up from original 32).

A courtesy block of rooms will soon be set up at the Embassy Suites Newark - Wilmington/South hotel below (group code "SET"). Attendees must reserve their room using their own credit card by 29 April 2022. The hotel is approximately 10 minute drives from the W. L. Gore facility, and 45 minutes (40 miles) from Philadelphia International Airport. Baltimore Washington International Airport is 1:15hr drive. There are other brands of hotels in the same general area (i.e. Marriott Courtyard, etc).
