The VITA Standards Organization (VSO) meets every two months to discuss, plan, and develop standards to support its members' interests. Observers are welcome. A meeting registration fee of $160 is charged for all in-person attendees. Non-members are welcome to attend (in-person or remotely) but a special registration code is required. Please email VITA with a request to attend as a guest with some details on your areas of interest.
Thanks to Chris Schnelle, GTRI will be hosting us in Atlanta! The meeting will be held at the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) Conference Center at 250 14th Street NW, Atlanta, GA. All attendees, both in-person and via Zoom must register. Non-US attendees are welcome. Please note that due to security requirements, VITA must submit the COMPLETE list of all in-person attendees one week before the meetings. Therefore, registration will be closed on Tuesday May 16, 2023 at 11:59pm EDT for in-person attendees. No additional in-person registrations will be allowed after this cutoff date. Please enter your passport details (non-US) or driver's license number (US Citizens only) and country of birth in the registration form. This information will be provided to GTRI then deleted from our records.
No block of hotel rooms have been reserved. Instead, feel free to select from any of the listed hotels or any of your company preferred in the area. All of these are near the conference center and the MARTA train line so you will not need a rental car. Depending on your arrival and departure times, rush hour traffic can be challenging. The train goes right into the airport making access very easy.
